Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Service Description

SketchPet.com provides custom digital pet portraits based on photos and style preferences submitted by users. The final product is delivered as a high-resolution digital file.

2. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the quiz and ordering process.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photos you upload for the creation of a portrait. You represent and warrant that the photo does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our designated third-party payment processor.
• Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
• We aim to deliver the digital portrait via email within 24 hours, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain the copyright to the original photo you submit.
• We (and/or our artists) retain the copyright and all intellectual property rights to the artistic style, process, and the digital portrait created.
• Upon delivery and full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the delivered digital portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing for personal use, sharing on social media).
• You may not use the digital portrait for commercial purposes (e.g., resale, merchandise) without our express written permission.

5. Refunds and Revisions

We want you to love your pet portrait! If you are not satisfied with the final digital file, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included therein. While we strive for high quality, artistic interpretation is subjective.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SketchPet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
